Privacy Policy

Effective on January 5, 2013

Welcome to Lensmob, a product and service of Harbor Labs, Inc (also known as the "Site" or "Company" or "Service" in this Privacy Policy). This Privacy Policy describes our policies on the collection and use of your information in regards to the Service. Lensmob is committed to protecting the privacy of its users and as this Privacy Policy will outline, your information is only used to provide the Service. Usage of the Service indicates your concent to our collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Usage of the Service also indicates your acceptance of the Lensmob Terms of Use.

Lensmob is designed to simplify the creation of complete photo albums of events. Users submit photos to Lensmob (via email or another communication medium) and those photos are then added to a photo album. Lensmob solely uses your data and any data you submit to Lensmob to provide the Service and does not sell your data to Third Parties. Apart from the use cases outlined in Section III, your data is not shared with a third party unless you explicitly decide to do so (e.g. you decide to post a photo from Lensmob to a social networking service).

As is true of most Web sites, we automatically gather information about your activity while using the Service, your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and operating system. Lensmob also requires a certain amount of information about you to provide the Service, such as your email address. Cookies and other mechanisms may be employed to gather information about your activities while using the Site. We use any information collected to troubleshoot potential problems and to improve the quality of the Service.

Lensmob never sells your information to third parties. We outsource some of our technical, support and tracking functions. We may share information from or about you with these Third Parties so that they can perform their services.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet or via mobile device, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the Privacy Policy will govern our use of your information and will be located here. By continuing to access or use the Service after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.

If you have any questions about these Terms of Service please contact us.
